摘　　要：本文依据学界已有的研究成果阐释了国际体系及其转型的涵义。所谓转型涉及到两个问题,即转型的主体和转型的起点与方向问题。国际体系包括本体构成要素和结构构成要素,而结构构成要素包括权力结构、制度结构和观念结构。本文依此框架考察了国际体系转型的历史脉络及其构成要素所表现出来的具体特征,并在此基础上探讨了东亚地区国际体系的转型问题。This article discusses the implications of the transitioning international system in light of findings in the current academic literature.This transition involves two elements : the components of the international system which are changing and the starting point and direction of the transition.The international system includes elements related to the members of the system , and elements specific to the system itself , i.e. , power structures , institutional structures and conceptual structures.On the basis of this framework , this article considers the historical roots of the transition and the specific characteristics in which it manifests itself.With this as a background , it considers the transition of the East Asian international system.
