摘　　要：中国轻工业品进出口总公司成立于1952年，2008年，经国务院批准整体并入中国通用技术集团，是中央大型商贸企业，为发展我国的对外贸易事业做出了重要的贡献，在国内外享有良好的信誉。公司目前形成了传统商品贸易、浆纸、大宗资源性商品三大业务板块和一个资本运作平台的战略格局。China National Light Industrial Products Import ＆ Export Corporation （abbr. Chinalight） was established in 1952. In 2008, the whole company was incorporated into China General Technology （Group） Holding Limited with the approval of the State Council of China. As a state-owned business enterprise, it has made an important contribution to the development of China＇s foreign trade business, and owned a good reputation at home and abroad. Up till now, it has formed a strategic structure on the basis of pulp and paper business, natural resources business, traditional international trade and a capital operation platform.
