摘　　要：综述了近年来含多个杂原子螺环结构化合物的发展现状及研究进展,并根据不同的结构介绍了在医药和农药方面的研究与应用。The recent development and progress containing more than one heteroatomes spiro structure were reviewed. According to the different structure, this article introduced its research and application in medicine and pesticide.
