摘　　要：目的:研究方格星虫多糖的单糖组成。方法:采用3 mol.L-1三氟乙酸将方格星虫多糖水解成单糖,然后与盐酸羟胺进行衍生化反应,采用气相色谱法对其单糖组成进行分析。结果:方格星虫多糖的单糖组成主要为阿拉伯糖和葡萄糖,其质量分数分别为7.91%和79.32%。结论:此法简单、快速,重现性好,可用于方格星虫多糖的单糖组成分析。Objective：To determine the monosaccharide compositions of Sipunculus nudus polysaccharide.Methods：Polysaccharide samples were hydrolyzed with 3 mol·L-1 trifluoroacetic acid solution into monosaccharide,and then derivatized with hydroxylamine hydrochloride.The monosaccharide composition of Sipunculus nudus polysaccharide was analyzed by GC.Results：Sipunculus nudus polysaccharide was composed of arabinose and glucose with the mass fractions of 7.91% and 79.32%,respectively.Conclusion：The established method is simple,sensitive and accurate,which can be applied to the monosaccharide compositions analysis for Sipunculus nudus polysaccharide.
