摘 要:18头健康西门塔尔杂交肉牛(♂)随机分为3组(试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ和对照组),每组6头,试验组Ⅰ灌服参苓白术散,试验组Ⅱ灌服四逆散,并分别于给药前、给药后以及运输前后不同时间,进行激素、免疫功能指标监测。结果表明,试验组Ⅰ参苓白术散可使肉牛运输前后的激素水平、免疫功能指标变化缓和,有一定的抗应激作用,而试验组Ⅱ四逆散的抗应激效果不及试验组Ⅰ参苓白术散。In order to investigate the effects of Cenlinbaishusan, Sinisan on hormone, immune function indicators of beef cattle which were subjected to transport stress. The eighteen healthy Simmental crossbred progenies ( ♂ ) were randomly divided into three groups(Exp Ⅰ ,Exp Ⅱ and Con) and six heifers were included in every treatment. Exp Ⅰ were fed with Cenlinbaishusan,Exp Ⅱ were fed with Sinisan, hormone, immune function indicators were monitored. The results showed that gxp Ⅰ (Cenlinbaishusan) displayed some anti-stress effect, which could alleviate the changes of the hormone level,immune function indicators in beef cattle before and after transportation. The anti-stress effect of Exp Ⅱ (Sinisan) is not better than Exp Ⅰ (Cenlinbaishusan).
