摘 要:因离析、荷载、自然等因素的影响,沥青混凝土路面产生密实性不均一以及渗水性能表面差异性,为了改变目前渗水仪检测效率低、代表性差等现状,能够快速、多剖面对其渗水性能进行检测评价。首先,通过试验与有限元方法分析了沥青混凝土路面表面温度及其差异度与其渗水性能的相关性;同时,优选了路表温度差异度的最佳检测方法。研究表明:路表温度差异度与渗水性能相关系数达到0.974 7,与传统渗水仪的渗水系数相关性达0.827 2,建立了通过红外识别路表温度差异度来检测沥青混凝土路面渗水性能的方法和相应评价标准。另外,开发了连续测速达100km/h的沥青混凝土路面渗水性红外检测仪,与传统渗水仪相比,检测范围由点变面,效率提高80倍,费用节约58%,并与处治透水的雾封层技术实现数据信息共享。Because of synthesis effect of the segregation, loads and climate, the densification and per- meability of the surface of asphalt concrete pavement is different. To change the status that the detecting efficiency and veracity of permeability detector at present is low and the permeability can be detected quick- ly and multi-section, firstly, the relativity between the surface temperature difference degree and permea- bility of asphalt concrete pavement is analyzed by the laboratory experiments and ABAQUS elements, and the detecting way of temperature difference degree optimized. It proved that relativity of the surface tem- perature difference degree and permeability of asphalt concrete pavement or permeability coefficient by the permeability detector arrived to 0. 974 7 or 0. 827 2, and detecting way of asphalt concrete pavement per- meability is established based on the surface temperature difference degree identified by the infrared tech- nology. At the same time, based on this principle the first continuous infrared detector reached 100km/h of asphalt concrete pavement permeability in the world is developed , by contrasted on the traditional per- meability detector with fixed point, the detecting region is changed to surface from the point, detecting ef- ficiency is 80 times than the last way, detecting fee is 58 percent of the traditional detector and the heat deference of infrared detecting technology can enjoy the data information with the FOG SEAL technology used to treat the permeability of asphalt pavement.
