摘 要:在高铬铸钢表面采用激光熔覆技术制备NiAl金属间化合物涂层,以提高电站锅炉高铬铸钢燃烧器喷嘴耐高温冲蚀性能.采用电子探针及高温冲蚀设备研究其组织及高温冲蚀性能.结果表明,高铬铸钢激光熔覆NiAl涂层成形良好,与基体呈冶金结合,涂层由NiAl金属间化合物和γ-(FeNi)固溶体组成.熔覆层硬度达到450 HV0.2以上,且过渡较为平缓.激光熔覆NiAl涂层的耐高温冲蚀磨损性能较高铬铸钢基体明显提高,冲蚀磨损机制为脆性剥落.In order to improve characteristics of high-temperature erosion-resistance for high chromium cast steel burner nozzle,laser cladding was carried out on the surface of high chromium cast steel to produce NiAl intermetallic compound coating,and the microstructure and high-temperature erosion properties of the resultant coating were studied with electron probe microanalysis(EPMA) and high-temperature erosion-resistance equipments.The results show that the coating continuously and densely distributed and metallurgically bonded with the steel substrate.The coating was composed of NiAl intermetallic compound and γ-(FeNi) solid solution.The hardness of the cladding layer reached 450 HV,and the hardness transition was smooth.The high-temperature erosion-resistance of laser cladding NiAl intermetallic compound coating was obviously improved,and the erosion worn mechanism was brittle spalling.
