摘 要:建立了微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定兔皮中微量铅和铜的方法。采用微波消解技术,在阶梯升温和加热条件下,用硝酸和双氧水消解兔皮样品,消解后的样液中的铅和铜采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定。试验结果表明:铅浓度在0~60.0μg/L、铜浓度在0~100.0μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数铅R2=0.9998,铜R2=0.9995;最低检出限铅为0.0688mg/kg,铜为0.0405mg/kg;对样品进行8次重复性测定,其相对标准偏差铅和铜分别为:1.47%和2.84%;铜的回收率在95.8%~100.3%之间,铅的回收率在97.0%~104.1%之间,该方法具有操作简便、测定快速、准确度高的优点,适用于兔皮中微量铅和铜的日常批量检测。Microwave digestion graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method for determination of lead and copper in rabbits was developed. Using microwave digestion technique, under the conditions of step elevating temperature and heating power, rabbit samples were decomposed completely by nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. Then the lead and copper were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that there is a good linear relationship at the concentration of 0 -60.0μg/L for lead and at 0- 100.0μg/L for copper. The correlation coefficient of lead is 0. 999 8 and that of copper is 0. 999 5. The detection limit is 0. 068 8mg/kg for lead and is 0. 040 5mg/kg for copper. Relative standard deviations of lead and copper for 8 replicate determinations of rubbits samples are 1.47% and 2.84% respectively. The recovery rates are 95.8% - 100.3% for copper and 97.0% - 104.1% for lead. The proposed method is simple, convenient, fast and accurate, which can be used for daily batch trace determining of lead and copper in rabbits.
