个体化护理对脊髓损伤患者神经源性膀胱康复的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨以间歇性导尿为主的个性化护理方法在脊髓损伤患者神经源性膀胱康复中的作用。方法对于医院一段时期内的123例脊髓损伤患者,其中有82例病患进行了个性化护理(实验组),剩下的41例进行简单的常规护理(常规组),对于每位病患自主排尿的时间、尿量残留、尿路感染等情况逐一观察记录。结果实验组自主排尿的时间,尿量残余,尿道感染均比常规组有效。结论以间歇性导尿为主的个性化护理能够有效地帮助病患恢复膀胱的功能、减轻相关尿道疾病发生率。objective to intermittent catheterization based individualized nursing care methods in neurogenic bladder of patients with spinal injury rehabilitation of the role.Method for hospital for a period of 123cases of spinal cord injury patients,including 82cases of patients underwent a personalized care（experimental group）,the remaining 41 cases simple conventional care（routine group）,for each patient autonomy.The time,urine volume,urinary tract infection,residual cases one by one observation records.Results the time of autonomous urination,urine volume of residual,urethral infection compared to the conventional group.Conclusion to intermittent catheterization based individualized nursing care can effectively help patients restore bladder function,reduce the incidence of related diseases of urethra.
