超声引导下肾活检术安全性的评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨基层医院运用肾活检术的临床意义,并对其安全性进行评估。方法:在B超引导下用BARDMAGNUM自动穿刺枪对52例肾脏病患者做肾活检术,将临床诊断与病理诊断作比较分析。结果:采用BARDMAGNUM自动穿刺枪的穿刺成功率为93.7%,术前临床误诊率为10.7%,术前诊断不明率为46.2%,术后全部病理确诊,术后治疗方案有较大修改的占23.1%。结论:采用BARDMAGNUM自动穿刺枪经皮超声引导肾活检术并发症少,风险小,在基层医院开展具有可行性;肾活检术的开展可明确诊断肾脏疾病,正确指导治疗及准确估计预后。objective：to study the renal biopsy in basic-level hospitals use clinical significance,and the safety evaluation of progressive.Methods：B ultrasound guidance with BARD MAGNUM automatic biopsy gun to 52 cases with kidney patient do renal biopsy,clinical diagnosis and pathological diagnosis will make the comparative analysis.Results：the BARD MAGNUM automatic biopsy gun puncture the success rate 93.7%,preoperative clinical the misdiagnosis rate was 10.7%,the preoperative diagnosis of unknown 46.2%,postoperative pathological diagnosis all,postoperative treatment scheme has higher modified with 23.1%.Conclusion：the BARD MAGNUM automatic biopsy gun percutaneous ultrasound guidance kidney biopsy less complications,the risk is small,in the hospital has feasibility;The development of renal biopsy can be had a clear diagnosis,treatment and accurate estimate right direction prognosis.
