摘　　要：目的:探讨黛力新与降压药联合应用对高血压伴焦虑、抑郁患者的降压效果。方法:高血压病伴焦虑抑郁患者84例,随机被均分为观察组和对照组,分别给予降压药联合黛力新治疗,单纯降压药治疗,疗程12周。结果:观察组血压、抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分在治疗后显著下降(P均<O.01),且显著优于对照组(P均<0.01),而对照组治疗前后无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论:黛力新联合降压药治疗高血压伴焦虑、抑郁患者效果良好。0bjective：To observe the effect of Deanxit on hypertensive patients with depression and anxiety.Methods：A total of 84 hypertensive patients with depression and anxiety were randomly divided into treatment group（n=42） and control group（n=42）.Patients in control group were only treated with antihypertensive agent.patients in treat—ment group were treated with antihypertensive agent and Deanxit（tablet containing flupentixol and mditracen） for 12 weeks.Results：twelve weeks after treatment the blood pressure,scores of self— rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale significantly decreased（P0.01 a11）,and were less than those of control group（P0.01 a11）;those of control group n0 significant change between before and after treatment（P0.05）.Condusion：The effect of Deanxit and antihypertensive agent is good in hypertensive patients with depression and anxiety.
