摘  要:培养环境对工程化组织的形成至关重要。本研究采用两种胶原水凝胶为支架,包载骨髓基质干细胞,构建工程化软骨组织,分别进行体外培养和兔关节腔植入培养,通过细胞活性观察和组织学染色,分析两种培养方式的效果。结果表明,动物体内具有比体外培养更好的生长环境,利于细胞增殖和分化。The culture environment is of great importance for engineered tissue formation.In this study,two kinds of collagen hydrogel scaffolds were adopted,encapsulating with bone marrow stromal stem cells to build engineered cartilage,and were cultured in vitro and implanted in rabbit articular cavity.Cell activity and histological staining were performed to analysis the difference.The results showed that the in vivo environment was better for cell proliferation and differentiation than in vitro culture.
