158个周期夫精宫腔内人工授精的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨影响夫精宫腔内人工授精妊娠率的因素。方法:回顾分析102例158个周期夫精宫腔内人工授精的临床资料。结果:102例158个周期的IUI治疗,共妊娠26个周期,周期临床妊娠率为16.46%。结论:女方年龄、内膜厚度,卵巢刺激及男方精液对IUI的成功率有直接影响。Objective：to study the various clinical factors affecting the pregnancy rate of intrauterine artificial insemination（IUI） with husband sperm.Methods：158 cycles of 102 patients with IUI were restrospectively.the study focused on the age of female patients,endometrium thickness,controlled ovarian stimulation protocols and the semen parameter.Results：26 pregnancy cycles in 158 cycles.the clinical pregnancy rate（CPR） per cycle was 16.46%.the clinical pregnancy rate in the female patients who was older than 40 was 0;There was high pregnancy rate in patients with thick endometrium（9～15mm）,18.97%;when the endometrium thickness was thicker than 16mm,the pregnancy rate was 0;the clinical pregnancy rate in ovarian stimulation cycles was higher than natural cycles;the density of sperm before washed less than 10×106/ml,or the sperm motility was less than 20%,or the processed motile sperm10×10 6.,the CRP were 0;The CRP was low in patients with the lowed washed density sperm（10×10 6 /ml）,low sperm molity（50%）,and low PTMS（5×10 6）.Conclusion：the female age、the endometrium thickness、controlled ovarian stimulation and the semen parameter were diretors affecting the pregnancy rate of IUI.
