摘 要:水驱油藏进入开发后期以后,控水和防砂是油田开发过程中急需解决的两大难题。以水介质分散形聚丙烯酰胺乳液为交联主剂,水溶性酚醛树脂为交联剂,树脂涂覆砂为防砂剂,按比例混合形成控水防砂体系。其作用机理为聚丙烯酰胺和酚醛树脂经交联反应形成冻胶控水,稳砂剂通过稳砂和挡砂控制油田出砂。在室内以成冻时间、成冻强度、抗压强度为主要评价指标,分别采用目测代码法、突破真空度法和黏度法,并分别考察聚合物浓度、交联剂浓度、温度等因素对控水防砂体系的影响,优选出控水防砂体系的配方为0.5%聚丙烯酰胺+0.8%酚醛树脂。现场控水防砂作业表明,该配方对油井的控水防砂措施效果明显。When water drive reservoir has been into the late stage of development, water plugging and sand control are two problems that need to be resolved in the oidfield development process.
