泡沫敷料和水胶体敷料治疗CO_2激光术后创面的疗效对比  

Comparison of Foam Dressing and Hydrocolloid Dressing in Terms of Curative Effects on Postoperative Wounds of Carbon Dioxide Laser

摘　　要：目的比较泡沫敷料和水胶体敷料治疗CO2激光术后创面的疗效。方法两处深达真皮层的面颈部色素痣患者40例,行脉冲CO2激光治疗。每例患者随机选择其中一处创面使用泡沫敷料治疗,另一处创面使用水胶体敷料治疗,比较创面的愈合效果。结果创面平均愈合时间泡沫敷料组为(5±0.7)d,水胶体敷料组为(7±0.8)d,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。平均换药次数泡沫敷料组为(6±0.5)次,水胶体敷料组为(13±1.4)次,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。两组凹陷性瘢痕和色素沉着发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。患者满意度泡沫敷料组高于水胶体敷料组。结论 CO2激光术后深达真皮层的创面,泡沫敷料可以加速伤口愈合,减少换药次数,优于水胶体敷料;水胶体敷料自粘性和防水性较好,适用于较浅创面的处理。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of foam dressing and hydrocolloid dressing on postoperative wounds of carbon dioxide laser. Methods Altogether 40 patients with two pigmented nevi,one on face and the other on neck,were chosen to compare the healing effect after carbon dioxide laser treatment.One nevus of each patient was treated with foam dressing and the other hydrocolloid dressing. Results The foam dressing group had a shorter healing time（5±0.7） days and dressing period（6±0.5） than hydrocolloid group（7±0.8） days,（13±1.4） times,P〈0.01.There were no statistical differences between the groups in depressing scar rate and pigmentation rate.Patients were more satisfied with foam dressing. Conclusions Foam dressing is better than hydrocolloid dressing in treating postoperative wounds of carbon dioxide laser.
