Efficacy of Combined Therapy of Q-switched Alexandrite Laser and Collagen Protein Membrane on Naevus Fuscocaeruleus Zygomaticus

摘  要:目的探讨调Q翠绿宝石激光联合胶原蛋白膜治疗褐青色痣的疗效。方法褐青色痣女性患者267例,按就诊年度,分为2组,实验组138例,对照组129例。两组患者均先以调Q翠绿宝石激光(波长755 nm,光斑直径3 mm,频率2或5 Hz,脉宽100 ns,能量密度6~7 J/cm2)垂直照射患处。照射后即刻实验组患者以胶原蛋白膜冷敷患处20 min,对照组患者以水袋冷敷患处20 min。每日治疗1次,共5次。治疗后6个月比较两组的治愈率、总有效率和色素沉着发生率。结果试验组有效率为92%,痊愈率为64.5%,色素沉着率为13.8%;对照组有效率为86%,痊愈率为59.7%,色素沉着率为28.7%%。两组痊愈率比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01);两组总有效率比较,差异无显著意义(P>0.05);两组色素沉着发生率比较,差异有显著意义。结论调Q翠绿宝石激光联合胶原蛋白膜治疗褐青色斑痣效果好,可减少色素沉着的发生。Objective To observe the effect of the therapy combining Q-switched alexandrite laser and collagen protein membrane on naevus fuscocaeruleus zygomaticus(NFZ). Methods Altogether 129 patients with NEZ were assigned to a control group,who were given Q-switched alexandrite laser and applied with ice pack for 20 minutes after the laser treatment.A test group was set up with 138 patients of NEZ,who were treated with the same laser but given collagen protein membrane for 20 minutes after the treatment.Each patient received five treatments in total,once per day.All the patients were required to use the same antibiotics ointment for 7 days and avoid water and the sun.The pictures of the focus before and after the treatment were taken,and the adverse reactions of the treatment were observed. Results The efficacy,recovery and pigmentation rates of the test group are 92%,64.5% and 13.8 % respectively while those of the control group being 86%,59.7%,and 28.7% respectively.According to the results of statistical analysis,P0.05,indicating that the difference is not statistically significant;and,for the pigmentation rate,P〈0.05,showing a difference of statistical meaning. Conclusions It is a good and safe method to treat NFZ jointly with Q-switched alexandrite laser and collagen protein membrane.The method will reduce remarkably the occurrence of pigmentation,and is worthy to be popularized.
