摘　　要：利用专家系统实现高炉操作闭环控制一直是炼铁界的追求,国内外陆续出现了各种各样的高炉专家系统,主要还是侧重于操作指导。基于多年高炉过程控制经验,宝钢自主研发了高炉智能控制专家系统。系统分七大模块,涵盖了高炉操作的主要方面,在炉温调节、气流控制、配料操作以及热风炉燃烧等方面实现了闭环控制,实际应用效果明显,燃料比由488.9kg/t下降到485.4 kg/t。是国内第一个自主研发的闭环控制高炉专家系统。It is always a dream in the ironmaking industry to use the expert system for the purpose of realizing the auto-controlled BF operation. In recent years, various kinds of expert systems have been developed at home and abroad, mainly focusing on the operation instructions. Based on the experience accumulated in these years in the BF process control, Baosteel has developped an intelligent control expert system independently. There are seven modules in the system, covering the main operation aspects and realizing the closed-loop control over the furnace temperature adjustment, airflow, burden operation and air stove combustion, etc. The actual effect is obvious, and the fuel ratio drops from 488.9 kg/t to 485.4 kg/t. It is the first closed-loop control BF expert system deveidped independently by a domestic enterprise.
