摘　　要：磷酸二酯酶-5(PDE5)抑制剂常用于治疗阴茎勃起功能障碍。近年来,研究发现PDE5抑制剂对精子的活力和受精功能有影响,尤其在适当药物浓度时能显著提高精子运动能力。该文就PDE5抑制剂对精子活力和受精功能的影响进行综述。Phosphodiesterase-5 （PDE5） inhibitors are commonly used in the treatment of penile erectile dysfunction （ED）. Recent studies have revealed that PDE5 inhibitors have impact on sperm motility and fertilizing capacity, and can significantly improve sperm motility in the appropriate concentration. The effects of PDE5 inhibitors on sperm motility and tertilizing capacity are reviewed in this paper.
