摘　　要：针对某县城污水处理厂实际需要,利用冗余技术和PROFIBUS现场总线通讯方式,设计了以S7-300 PLC为核心的CASS污水处理控制系统,阐述了CASS工艺控制策略的设计,控制系统的硬件集成。运用StepV5.4为开发环境,开发了工艺流程控制的应用程序。系统运行结果表明,控制效果达到预期目标。According to actual need in a county sewage treatment plant, this paper using the redundant technology and PROFIBUS fieldbus communication, has designed CASS sewage treatment control system based on the S7 - 300 PLC,and describes some design of the CASS process control strategy ＆ system hardware integration. With StepVS. 4 software being the development environment, it has developed user＇s control programs. The running results show that the control effect has achieved the desired goals.
