摘  要:目的:探讨心理干预对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者临床疗效和自尊水平的影响。方法:选择60例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者,采用随机数字表法,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用糖尿病常规护理模式,观察组应用心理干预护理措施,观察两组护理后的临床疗效(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、体重指数)和自尊水平(Rosenberg自尊量表)。结果:护理前两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、体重指数无统计学差异,P>0.05,护理后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖明显低于对照组,P<0.05,体重指数比对照组低,但无统计学意义,P>0.05。护理前两组Rosenberg自尊量表评分无显著性差异,P>0.05,护理后,观察组Rosenberg自尊量表评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:心理干预能有效改善II型糖尿病患者的临床疗效,提高自尊水平。Objective :To study the psychological intervention on patients with Ⅱ type diabetes clinical curative effect and the influence of the level of self - esteem. Methods: Select 60 cases of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes, by means of random Numbers table method, and were randomly divided into trial group and control group, 30 cases of every group. The control group diabetes conventional care model, the observation group o( applied psychology intervention nursing measures, observe two groups nursing clinical curative effect of (fasting blood glucose, blood glucose after a meal 2 h, body mass index) and level of self - esteem ( Rosenberg self - esteem scale). Results: The two groups nursing fasting blood glucose, blood glucose after a meal 2 h, body mass index is no statistical difference, P 〉 0.05, nursing, watch the group of fasting blood glucose, blood glucose after meal 2 h, obviously lower than that in control group, P 〈 O. 05, body mass index, but no lower than the control group statistical significance, P 〉 0.05. The two groups nursing Rosenberg self - esteem scale score no significant differences, P 〉 0. 05, nursing, watch the self - esteem scale score Rosenberg group was higher than the control group, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusions : The psychological intervention can effectively improve the type II diabetes patients for clinical curative effect, improve the level of self - esteem.
