摘 要:采用有机金属化合物方法制备了4种BaFe_(12-2x)Ti_xCo_xO_(19)(x=0.0,0.2,0.5和0.7)微粒磁粉,并用穆斯堡尔谱学和x衍射分析等方法对它们进行了研究。结果表明,在0.0≤x≤0.7范围内,磁粉中超精细场Hi和同质异能移位IS的大小顺序为:Hi(4f_2)>Hi(2α)>Hi(4f_1)>Hi(12k)>Hi(2b)和IS(2α)>IS(4f_2)>IS(12k)>IS(4f_1)>IS(2b)。在0.0≤x≤0.5范围内,当x增大时,位于12k亚晶格的Fe明显地为Co和Ti所替代。Four kinds of BaFe_(12X-2X)Ti_XCo_XO_(19) fine particles, with x=0.0, 0.2, 0.5 and 0.7,were prepared using the organo-metallic compound method, and studied by meansof Mossbauer spectroscopy,etc. In the range of 0.0≤x≤0.7, the sequences ofrelative magnitudes of the hyperfine fields, Hi, and isomer shifts. IS, are as fol-lows: Hi(4f_2)>Hi(2a)>Hi(4f_1)>Hi(12k)>Hi(2b) and IS(2a)>IS(4f_2)>IS(12k)>IS(4f_1)>IS(2b). As x increases in the range of 0.0≤x≤0.5,the Fe located in12k sublattice is substituted obviously by the Co and Ti. The formation processof BaFe_(12-2X)TI_XCo_XO_(19) fine particles is discussed.
