摘　　要：工资管理系统能提高企业的管理效益,本文使用Java Swing技术设计系统界面,使用Mysql作为数据库服务器,使用hibernate技术解决系统对数据库的访问和操作。本系统包含四个模块,界面友好、操作简单,基本能满足工资管理的需求。Salary management system can improve the management efficiency. This paper uses Java Swing technology to design system interface, using Mysql as the database server, using technology to solve the system hibernate database access and operation. The system contains four modules, and design process as possible friendly interface and simple operation. This system can meet the needs of the management system.
