解脲支原体感染与精子动态、形态学分析

摘　　要：目的讨论解脲支原体（UU）感染与精子动态及形态学改变的关系。方法对878例男性不育患者精液标本检测UU，同时做计算机辅助动态学和形态学分析。结果878例男性不育患者中UU感染阳性342例（38．95％）、UU阴性536例（61．05％）。UU阳性组精子活力低下224例（65．50％）、密度低下117例（34．21％）、形态学分析正常形态〈15％198例（80．49％）。UU阴性组精子活力低下258例（48．13％）、密度低下83例（15．49％）、形态学分析正常形态〈15％296例（57．59％）。UU感染与精子密度、活力低下均有显著性意义（P〈0．01），与精子形态异常有关（P〈0．01）。结论UU感染与精子密度、活力以及形态异常密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the infection of UU and the semen analysis and sperm morphology analysis of infertile males.Methods 878 patients with male sterility underwent semen analysis and sperm morphology analysis,at the same time the culture of UU and the related statistical analysis were done.Result Of the 878 patients 342 cases were positive in the culture of UU,and 536 cases were negative.In UU infection group,there were 65.50% low-living sperm,34.21% low-density sperm,80.49% 〈 15% normal sperm morphology.In UU non-infection group,there were 48.13% low-living sperm, 15.49% low-density sperm,57.59% 〈 15% normal sperm morphology.Conclusion The infection of UU is closely related to sperm vitality, density and morphology.
