摘　　要：目的探讨超声在监测血液透析用动静脉内瘘（AVF）并发症中的应用价值。方法血流透析用AVF在临床上出现上肢肿胀、局部肿胀、透析时流量不足、震颤减弱或消失等症状或体征，用彩色多普勒超声进行探查，了解动静脉内瘘并发症情况。结果53例AVF均为桡动脉．头静脉吻合，超声检查发现狭窄13例，流量减低22例，血栓形成10例，头静脉瘤样扩张10例，斑块形成4例，周围血肿压迫2例。结论超声可以及时发现并诊断AVF的并发症，为临床治疗提供重要参考，有利于延长AVF的使用寿命。Objective To evaluate the application value of ultrasound in momtormg complication of arteriovenous fistula（AVF） for hemodialysis.Methods AVF for hemodialysis were examined with color Doppler ultrasound（CDUS） to get information of complication when some clinic symptoms or signs such as swollen upper extremity, partly swelling,weaken or vanished thrill of results were found.Results All of the 53 AVF were radiocephalic AVF.13 cases of stenosis,22 cases of low blood flow, lO cases of thrombosis,10 cases of aneurysm of cephalic vein,4 cases of plaque and 2 cases of compression from around hematoma were diagnosed by ultrasound. Conclusion Complication of AVF for hemodialysis could be diagnosed by ultrasound promptly.It can provide important reference for clinical therapy and is helpful to extend the service life of AVF.
