摘  要:研究了铬鞣剂用量、加脂剂和复鞣剂的种类及干燥温度对坯革中六价铬含量的影响。研究结果表明,铬鞣剂用量越大,坯革中六价铬的含量越高;加脂剂对坯革中六价铬含量的影响很大,含有不饱和双键的加脂剂有利于六价铬的形成;不同类型的复鞣剂抑制皮革中六价铬生成的效果不同,栲胶的抑制效果最好;干燥温度对皮革中的六价铬含量有显著影响,干燥温度越高,皮革中六价铬含量越高。The leathers were tanned by different dosage of chrome tanning agents,and dealt with different fatliquoring agents,different retanning agents and different drying temperatures.The hexavalent-chromium content in leather was determined by IUC-18.It was found that the hexavalent chromium content in leather increased with the increasing chrome tanning agent;the effect of different types of leather fatliquor on the hexavalent chromium content in leather was different,which contained unsaturated double bonds was in favor of the formation of hexavalent chromium;the effect of different types of retanning agent inhibiting hexavalent chromium in leather was different;drying temperature would affect the concentration of hexavalent chromium in leather,the higher the drying temperature,the longer the drying time,the more the concentration of hexavalent chromium in leather.
