摘　　要：根据童用服装革的特殊要求,对童用羊服装革清洁化生产工艺及生产过程中的各工序的技术关键进行了探讨和应用。应用结果分析表明该工艺生产的成品革中未检测出重金属和游离甲醛,符合童用装革的特殊要求;并且清洁工艺鞣前的废水量、污泥量、废水中化学耗氧量和氨氮含量分别较常规工艺减少约40%、83%、75%和68%。According to the quality requirements of goatskin children’s clothing leather,the cleaner manufacture technology the key technologies and cautionary items during making process were discussed and applied.The results of application discusses that the finished leather doesn’t contain heavy metal and free formaldehyde.And comparing the conventional process,the quantity of waste water,the quantity of sludge,and the chemical oxygen demand and ammonia-nitrogen of waste water in the cleaner beamhouse process are reduced separately by 40%、83%、75%和68%.
