农村基层医疗机构药品使用安全问题现状与对策

摘　　要：目的:了解农村基层医疗机构药品使用存在的问题。方法:以连云港市农村地区的社区卫生服务站及村卫生室作为调查对象,分析样本单位药事管理的现状。结果:调查发现村级基层医疗机构普遍缺乏药事管理组织的保障,各项药事管理制度未能落到实处,药事管理相关硬件设施、设备紧缺,药学技术人员数量少、专业水平低。结论:农村基层医疗机构药事管理比较薄弱,应建立药品使用规范等措施约束医疗机构用药行为,保障农村居民的用药安全。Objective： To investigate the existing problems of drug application in the medical institutions of rural areas. Methods： Community health stations and village clinics in rural areas of Lianyungang City were selected for the investigation and the status of medicine management was analyzed. Results： There was a lack of organization security of the administration of medicine, the medicine management system was not fully implemented, and the related facilities and pharmaceutical technicians were not well equipped. Conclusion： The administration of medicine in medical institutions of rural areas was weak, therefore measures should be taken such as establishing drug use regulations to restrict drug use behavior and to guarantee the drug safety in rural residents.
