摘　　要：目的调查CCU病房患者家属疾病不确定感现状,分析影响不确定感的相关因素。探讨疾病不确定感与社会支持、应对方式之间的相关关系。方法方便抽样选取CCU病房患者家属120例,采用一般资料调查表、中文版疾病不确定感家属量表(PPUS-FM)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)进行问卷调查。结果 CCU病房患者家属疾病不确定感总分为(95.13±14.01),并与其文化程度、职业、社会支持、应对方式均有不同程度相关(P<0.05)。结论 CCU病房患者家属的疾病不确定感水平较高,采取积极的应对方式,社会支持水平越高,疾病不确定感水平越低。Objectives To delineate the current situation of uncertainty in illness in family members of patients in cardiac care unit（ CCU）, to clarify the relevant factors, and to investigate the relationships of uncertainty in illness with social support and coping style. Methods A total of 120 family members of patients in CCU were chosen by convenient sampling and surveyed by using the Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale - Family version, Social Support Rating Scale and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. Result The scores of Uncertainty in illness family of members of patients in CCU was 95.13± 14. 01. The education level,occupation,social support and coping style affected the level of uncertainty in illness patterns to a certain extent. Conclusion Family members of patients in CCU have high level of Uncertainty in illness. When they have higher social support and use positive coping style,they have lower level of uncertainty in illness.
