摘　　要：甲酰氨基嘧磺隆是一种高效、广谱、低毒、高选择性的磺酰脲类除草剂。综述了甲酰氨基嘧磺隆的合成方法,并对其中一种合成路线进行了详细的研究。以对硝基甲苯邻磺酸为起始原料,经过中间体N,N-二甲基-2-氨基磺酰基-4-甲酰氨基苯甲酰胺制备甲酰氨基嘧磺隆。在优化的反应条件下,以对硝基甲苯邻磺酸计总收率可达34.5%。此工艺路线具有反应条件温和、产品纯度高、易于实现工业化生产等特点。Foramsulfuron is one of sulfonylurea herbicides with good efficacy, broad spectrum, low toxicity for the non-targeted species and high selectivity. The synthesis of foramsulfuron was introduced in this paper. One of the methods was researched in detail. It started from 2-methyl-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid, via the material named N,N- dimethyl-2-aminosulfonyl-4-formamidobenzamide into foramsulfuron. The total yield was 34.5% based on 2-methyl-5- nitrobenzenesulfonic acid under the optimized reaction conditions. The method was suitable for industrial preparation by its many advantages such as mild reaction conditions, high selectivity and purity.
