罗通定对利多卡因致小鼠惊厥作用的影响

摘　　要：目的观察罗通定对利多卡因致小鼠惊厥作用的影响。方法将40只昆明种小鼠随机分为4组（每组n=10）：生理盐水（Ns）组及罗通定10、20、40mg·kg-1（R10、R20、R40）组。以Ns或不同剂量的罗通定灌胃，30min后，各组腹腔注射致惊厥剂量的利多卡因，观察小鼠的惊厥只数、惊厥潜伏期及惊厥级数。结果与Ns组相比，R40组惊厥率略降低，但差异无统计学意义；R40组惊厥潜伏期显著延长（P〈0．01）；罗通定能降低利多卡因致小鼠惊厥的级数。结论罗通定能拮抗利多卡因致小鼠惊厥作用。Objective To observe the influence of rotundine on lidocaine - induced convulsion in mice. Methods 40 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups （n = 10 each） ： normal saline （NS） group, rotundine 10 mg· kg-1 , 20 mg ·kg- 1, 40 mg · kg- 1 （ R10, R20, R40 ） group. Convulsant dose of lidocaine was administered intraperitoneally 30 rain after normal saline or different doses of rotundine had been administered by gastric lavage. The convulsion number, convulsion latency and convulsion level were observed. Results Compared with NS group, the rate of convulsion in R40 group slightly declined, but there was no statistical significance between them; the convulsion latency in R4o group extended evidently （P 〈0.01 ） ; Rotundine could reduce the convulsion level induced by lidocaine in mice. Conclusion Rotundine can antagonize lidocaine - induced convulsion in mice.
