摘  要:目的观察帕罗西汀对氯胺酮镇痛效应的影响。方法将40只昆明种小鼠随机分为4组(每组n=10):生理盐水(NS)组、氯胺酮(K)组、帕罗西汀(P)组、帕罗西汀+氯胺酮(P+K)组。利用甩尾实验测定各组小鼠用药前后的甩尾潜伏期(tail-flic klatency,TFL)。结果与Ns组相比,给药后10~40minK组小鼠TFL提高(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。与P+K组相比,给药后10-40minK组小鼠TFL较长(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论帕罗西汀能够拮抗氯胺酮的镇痛作用。Objective To observe the effect of paroxetine on analgesic effect of ketamine. Methods 40 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=10 each): NS group, ketamine (K) group, paroxetine (P) group, paroxetine plus ketamine ( P + K) group. The tail - flick latency of each group before and after drug administration was determined by tail - flick test. Results Compared with NS group, the tail - flick latency of K group had extended from 10 rain to 40 min ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) after the drugs were administered. The tail - flick latency of K group was longer than P + K group from 10 min to 40 min after the drugs were administered ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Paroxetine can antagonize the analgesic effect of ketamine.
