摘　　要：东平湖作为蓄滞洪区对当地生活和生产经济带来一定限制,但南水北调东线工程通水、京杭运河复航又为东平湖创造机遇,从而对东平湖老湖区功能需要调整提出要求。通过分析蓄滞洪区与水库的差异、东平湖蓄滞洪区运用机率以及模拟运行水位、实际运行水位等,探讨了东平湖老湖调整为综合利用水库的可能性和可行性,并认为把东平湖老湖调整为防洪、调蓄、航运、生态景观旅游、养殖等多种功能综合利用的水库,对当地经济发展也有促进作用。The Dongping Lake as the detention basin has restrictions on the local living and production economy,and there is an opportunity that the water transmitting in the eastern route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and the recovery of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal for the Dongping Lake.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the functions of the old Dongping Lake.The analyses of the difference between the detention basin and reservoir,the operation probability of the flood detention zone in the Dongping Lake,and the simulated operation water level in the Dongping Lake illustrated the possibility and feasibility of adjusting the old Dongping Lake to a multiple-purpose reservoir.The Dongping Lake can be adjusted to a comprehensive utilization and multifunctional reservoir,including the flood control,water diversion and storage,navigation,ecological landscape tourism,and aquaculture industry,and thus it can play an important role in the local economic development.
