平衡针对腰椎间盘突出症镇痛作用的多中心随机对照临床观察与评价

摘　　要：目的:观察平衡针对腰椎间盘突出症镇痛作用的临床疗效。方法:采用多中心随机对照研究,纳入受试者287例,分为治疗组143例和对照组144例。治疗组采用平衡针治疗,对照组采用传统毫针治疗,以医生疼痛评分、简式疼痛问卷表(MPQ)为指标进行观察分析。结果:两组患者治疗后医生疼痛评分、MPQ与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),而在医生疼痛评分方面治疗期间组间比较差异并不显著,但疗程结束后表现出差异性(P<0.05),治疗组体现出其优势;PRI各项评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);VAS评分两组比较在第1次治疗后治疗组显示出明显的优势(P<0.05),这种优势一直持续到第3次随访;PPI两组比较治疗组在治疗后期体现出优势(P<0.05)。结论:平衡针和传统毫针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症均具有很好的镇痛效果并且平衡针疗法的镇痛作用有较好的远期疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of balance acupuncture to analgesic in cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation. Methods：The study is carried out by muhicenter randomized controlled trial with 2 parallel arms. There are 287 participants included to the study, of Which 143 in the treatment group and 144 in compare group. The treatment group receives balance acupunture treatment while the compare group receives traditional acupuncture treatment. Pain score by doctors and MPQ comparing with same group before treatment are em- ployed in the study for observation and analysis. Results： The difference of pain score by doctors and MPQ com- paring with same group before treatment have statistically significance（P 〈0. O1 ）. But there is no significance difference （P 〈 0.05 ） in aspect of the pain score by doctor and group comparison between 2 groups, and during which the balance acupuncture shows its advantages over traditional acupuncture. As to PRI score, the differ- ence between two groups has no statistically significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. As to VAS score, the balance acupunc- ture has obvious advantages （ P 〈 0.05 ） over the compare group after the first treatment and it continued to the third follow - up visit. During the last period of treatment, the balance acupuncture shows its advantage in the aspect of PPI （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Both balance acupuncture and traditional acupuncture have good analgesic effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and the former have better long - term efficacy.
