电项针治疗女性失眠症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电项针治疗女性失眠症的疗效以及对焦虑抑郁等伴随症状的影响。方法:符合入选标准的40例女性失眠患者采用电项针治疗,治疗前后进行SDS、SAS评分并作统计分析。结果:电项针治疗女性失眠症总有效率97.5%,显效率70%;SDS及SAS程度在治疗前后的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电项针治疗女性失眠症有显著疗效,并在一定程度上改善焦虑抑郁程度。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of women patients with insomnia treated by electro - nape acupuncture, which has an influence on anxious degree and depressive degree. Methods： Forty women pa- tients with insomnia were received electro - nape acupuncture, and statistical analysis of the score evaluation of SDS and SAS were made before and after treatment. Results：The total efficacy rate of women patients with in- somnia treated by electro -nape acupuncture was 97.5%, and the healing rate was 70%. There was a statisti- cally significant difference in the score evaluation of SDS and SAS before and after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Electro -nape acupuncture has a remarkable therapeutic effect on women patients with insomnia, and it can alleviate anxious degree and depressive degree.
