归芪洋参口服液改善缺铁性贫血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究归芪洋参口服液对人体缺铁性贫血的改善情况。方法:选择女性血红蛋白含量小于120g/L的患者100名,分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组每人每次服用1支(10mL/支)归芪洋参口服液,早晚各1次,对照组服用无功效成分的安慰剂,连续服用30天。比较治疗前后血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白、红细胞内游离原卟啉含量变化。结果:治疗组的血红蛋白平均值由治疗前的(102.1±8.2)g/L上升为(116.5±7.6)g/L,血清铁蛋白由(8.3±3.8)μg/L上升为(15.5±7.1)μg/L,血清运铁蛋白饱和度由(14.7±3.1)%上升为(32.6±6.7)%,红细胞内游离原卟啉由(776.0±273.4)!g/L下降为(521.7±156.2)!g/L,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:归芪洋参口服液具有改善人体缺铁性贫血的功能。Objective：To study the improvement of human iron deficiency anemia by the oral solution of Guiqi American Ginseng. Methods：A total of 100 female （Hb 〈 120g/L）were selected and divided into test group and control group. Two bottles of tested samples were given to test group for continuous 30 days a person per day （10mL per bottle, twice daily）. Placebo was given to the control group with the same dose as test group. The changes of hemoglobin（ Hb）, serum ferritin and free erythrocyte protoporphyrin （FEP）were compared before and after the test. Results ： The Hb levels of people in test group increased from （ 102. 1±8.2 ） g/L to （ 116.5±7.6）g/L in average. The levels of serum ferritin increased from（8.3±3.8） μg/L to（ 15.5±7.1 ） μg/L in average. The levels of serum transferrin saturation increased from （ 14.7± 3.1 ） % to（ 32.6 ± 6.7 ） % and the levels of FEP decreasd from （ 776.0±273.4 ） μg/L to （ 521.7±156.2 ）μg/L in average. All the difference were significant（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：Guiqi American ginseng can improve the patients with iron deficiency anemiairon.
