摘　　要：为了实现对多台水洗机的同步监控,运用组态软件InTouch作为上位机,可编程控制器PLC作为下位机,通过触摸屏、变频器和异步电机等系统实现了对多台水洗机的运行状态进行监视和控制。通过组态软件InTouch集中监控了每台水洗机的工作状态,实现了现场监视、历史趋势、报警信息、数据采集等功能;每台水洗机系统以PLC为控制核心,运用触摸屏对单台水洗机系统运行状态进行监控和操作,并且应用变频器控制异步电机的运行,通过上位机和下位机的通信来完成对整个水洗机系统的控制。To monitor many sets of washing machine synchronously,this paper use configuration software InTouch as the upper computer,programmable logic controller（PLC） as the lower computer,and through the touch screen,frequency converter and asynchronous motor system,can monitor and control the operation state of many sets of washing machine synchronously.Through the configuration software InTouch,can monitoring each washing machine＇s working condition simultaneously,and realize the function of on-site supervision,historical trends,alarm information,data collection and so on.Each washing machine＇s control system uses PLC as the core,use touch screen to monitor and operate every single washing machine.
