摘　　要：为了保证生产高质量的品种钢,必须在炉外对铁水进行脱硫预处理。PCS7控制系统是一个基于PLC硬件平台和PROFIBUS现场总线技术的新型过程控制系统。针对WinCC系统的不足,利用PCS7完成脱硫系统的模拟量控制、过程控制和顺序控制等。In order to ensure the production of high quality steel,must be outside the furnace on hot metal desulphurization pre- treatment.PCS7 control system is based on the hardware platform of PLC and PROFIBUS field bus technology of new pro- cess control system.In view of the WinCC system,using PCS7 to complete desulfurization system of analog control,process control and sequence control.
