摘  要:目的探讨护理干预对小儿视频脑电图监测效果的影响,提高视频脑电图监测成功率。方法 2009年5月~2011年11月在本科进行的视频脑电图检查133例,将2010年9月以前监测的65例患儿设为对照组,以后监测的68例患儿设为观察组,对观察组患儿在视频脑电图监测过程中全程进行护理干预,比较2组患儿视频脑电图监测成功率。结果观察组68例患儿中,视频脑电图监测成功61例,有缺陷的6例,因病情变化中断监测1例,成功率为89.7%;对照组的65例患儿中,视频脑电图监测成功45例,有缺陷的15例,失败5例,成功率为69.23%。比较2组患儿监测成功率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论小儿视频脑电图监测由于患儿不会主动配合,过程中常因电极脱落、患儿哭闹等使监测结果存在较多缺陷,采用护理手段进行干预后,能有效提高小儿视频脑电图监测成功率,减少监测缺陷,更好地辅助诊断,此方法应在小儿视频脑电图检查中推广。Objective Explore the influence of nursing intervention on Video-EEG monitoring for children,improving the success rate of Video-EEG monitoring. Methods A total of 133 cases of Video-EEG monitoring from May 2009 to November 2011.65 cases monitored before September 2010 were set as control group,while 68 cases monitored after September 2010 as observation group.The observation group received nursing intetvention during the whole process of Video-EEG monitoring.The success rates of Video-EEG monitoring of the two groups were compared. Results For the observation group,61 cases were monitored successfully;6 cases were defectively;1 case was interrupted as the disease condition changed.And the success rate of observation group was 89.7%.While for the control group,45 cases were successful;15 cases were defective;5 cases were failed.And the success rate was 69.23%.Comparing the success rates,the difference has statistical significance(P〈0.005). Conclusions During the process of Video-EEG monitoring,children would not cooperate initiatively.Electrode off and crying always happen.As a resuh,the results were defective in many cases.Nursing in- tervention for children can improve the success rate of Video-EEG monitoring,reduce the defects in monitoring and improve the value of diaznosis.Therefore,this method should be extended in Video-EEG monitorin~ for children.
