摘　　要：总结了35例发热患者在肌注柴胡注射液后发生不良反应的原因及应对措施。不良反应的原因主要有患者的个体体质因素、药物因素、联合用药因素及肌肉注射引起的刺激因素等;应对措施主要包括避免联合使用药物,密切观察病情变化等。认为积极实施预防措施,能有效降低不良反应发生率。The paper was summarized 35 febrile patients' adverse reactions causes and countermeasures after inject Bupleurum.The causes of adverse reactions include individual factors,drug factors,drug combination factors and stimulating factors caused by Intramuscular injection,etc.The countermeasures include observe condition changes closely,avoid drug combination,etc.The implement of the preventive measures,can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
