摘 要:目的探讨阶梯式教育法应用于舌癌术后患者健康教育的效果。方法将82例舌癌术后患者随机分成对照组(40例)和观察组(42例),对照组采用传统健康教育方式实施,观察组采用阶梯式教育法实施,观察比较2组患者健康教育知识掌握率及对护理工作的满意率。结果观察组患者健康教育知识掌握率和对护理工作满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将阶梯式健康教育的方法应用于舌癌术后患者,患者能更好地掌握健康教育的知识,从而密切护患关系。Objective To investigate the effect of step-health education on post-operation patients with tongue cancer. Methods Eighty-two post-operation patients with tongue cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups, they are the control group (40 cases) and the observation group (42 cases). The step-health education was used on the observation group, while the traditional health education was processed on the control group; then the mastery of health education knowledge and the satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group patients" mastery of health education and satisfaction rate are higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈O.OS).Conclusion Appling the step-health education in the post-operation patients with tongue cancer, so that the patients can furtherly master the health education knowledge, and then the relationship be- tween nurses and patients can be better.
