摘　　要：总结了电子病历在人工授精和试管婴儿治疗周期中的应用效果及存在的问题。电子病历的应用减轻了书写病历的强度,提高了工作效率,并且检索使用方便,便于临床数据工作的总结和归纳,有利于病历的归档和保管等。认为电子病历的使用方便了医护人员,但在保护病人隐私、网络安全等方面仍任重而道远。To summarize the effectiveness and difficulties of using electronic medical records （EMRs） to record artificial insemination and IVF treatment cycles. EMRs reduced written errors, improved work efficiency. They are convenient of summarizing and concluding clinical data, and convenient for medical record filing and storage.The use of EMRs is beneficial to clinical work, but there＇s still a long way to go in solving issues on the protection of patients＂ privacy, network security and so on.
