摘 要:随着大规模风电集中接入电网,对电力系统的动态特性造成了大量不确定性的影响,传统离线计算和在线安全评估均基于确定性分析方法,考虑最严重、确切性的电网扰动,难以适应大幅度高频率随机波动的风电运行状况。将风险评估理论引入到在线评估技术中,结合动态安全评估系统,在整合多种数据源基础上,从多个角度对大规模风电接入电网的安全风险进行在线评估,给出电网运行风险和安全预警信息,自动进行电网薄弱环节分析。本系统在实际电网已投入运行,验证了系统开发的科学性与合理性。The large-scale integration of wind power exerts a lot of uncertain influence on dynamic characteristics of power system. Based on deterministic analysis methods, traditional off-line computing and on-line security assessement, only considering the most serious and credible disturbance, are difficult to adapt the severe high-frequency random fluctuation status of wind power. Therefore, the paper introduces risk theory into on-line assessment technology. Combining the dynamic security assessment system, this paper evaluates on-line security risk of wind power on the basis of multiple data integration, calculates power grid security indices in the different aspects, and carries out on-line risk assessment. Dispatcher can easily gain power grid operating risk and security early warning information. Putting this risk assessment system into operation could offectively verify the reasonableness of this system.
