内扎外剥缝合术治疗环状混合痔95例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨环状混合痔的手术治疗方法，采用内扎外剥缝合术治疗环状混合痔95例．并观察其临床疗效。结果显示，治愈91例，好转4例，有效率100％。术后随访未发现排便困难、肛门狭窄等并发症和后遗症。结果表明，内扎外剥缝合术治疗环状混合痔疗效好，并发症少。This study was to discuss the surgical procedure for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Internal ligation ＆ external dissection and suture was performed on 95 patients and the clinical efficacy was then observed. The results showed that 91 cases got cured,4 improved, the curative rate was 100% ;postoperarive follow-up demonstrated the absence of complications such as difficult defecation and anal stenosis. It is concluded that internal ligation ＆ external dissection and suture is effective for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids with fewer complications.
