健康体检人群粪便检测及直肠指诊拒检率调查

摘　　要：为了解健康体检人群粪便检测及直肠指诊的拒检率，针对性的进行干预措施，提高粪便检测及肛门指诊检查的依从性，以便对大肠疾病早发现、早诊断、早治疗，提高现代人群的生活质量。对2011年度单位体检人群体检项目的检测情况进行基线调查，用百分率进行统计。结果显示，各单位粪便检测及直肠指诊检查依从性很低，拒检率很高，分别为11．51％～71．72％和28．28％～88．49％；20．31％～65．79％和34．21％～79．69％。结果表明，粪便检测及直肠指诊是发现大肠疾病最基础、最经济、最易被接受的检测方法，同时也足最易被体检人群忽视和拒检的体检项目，应引起体检工作者的高度重视，采取改进对策，提高体检人群粪便检测的依从性，降低其拒检率。This study was to investigate the rejection rate of fecal testing and digital rectal examination in healthy people, so as to employ target intervention; improving the patient＇s compliance to fecal testing and digital rectal examination so that for the early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment of large intestinal disease, and to attain the improvement of the quality of life. Baseline investigation was carried out on the physical examination items among a population of annual health examination in 2011,the results of which was processed statistically. The results showed that the person compliance of fecal testing and digital rectal examination in all units was very low,the refusing rate was high,which was 11.51%-71.72%,28.28%- 88.49% ,20.31%-65.79%,34.21%-79.69%. It is concluded that fecal testing and digital rectal examination are the most primary, economical, most easily accepted detection methods for colorectal disease,but also the ones which are most likely to be neglected and refused by healthy people. Therefore, medical staff should pay more attention on it,take corrective measures, so as to improve the patient＇s compliance of fecal testing and reduce the rejection rate.
