摘  要:对CB机组外罩全纤维化炉衬改造前后的概况、改造用材料的主要性能、高温红外涂料对纤维的强化作用进行了详细描述。通过对改造前后外罩的热阻计算,以及现场热工测试表明,改造后的全纤维化炉衬外罩重量轻,保温性能好,响应和升温速度快,不仅满足了生产工艺要求的升温速度,有利于产品产量和质量的提高,而且强化了炉子的辐射传热,炉体散热损失大幅降低,热阻增大,节能显著。The present article describes general condition prior to and post the revamp of the furnace lining of exterior capsule with full fiber in CB line, the main properties of the materials used in the revamp and the effects of high temperature infrared coating on the reinforcement of fiber. The results of thermal resistance calculation of the exterior capsule and on-site thermal measurement before and after revamp, prove that the re- vamped full fiber lining capsule is featured of light weight, good temperature holding and quick response and fast temperature rise. It can not only meet the requirement of the defined temperature rise of the production process and be beneficial to the improve- ment in the productivity and quality of the products, but also the energy can be saved prominently since the radiation transfer of the stove heat is accelerated, the heat loss out of the heat disperse of the stove proper is largely reduced and the thermal resistance is increased.
