摘　　要：农村人力资本在农村经济发展、农民增收等方面有重要作用,然而目前我国农村人力资本存量与质量低、低教育收益与人力资本收益外溢、教育投资不足与人力资本投资形式不健全等多方面因素制约了农村人力资本积累。通过对2000年～2009年国内学者有关中国农村人力资本问题的研究进行梳理,建议学者们进一步研究:医疗卫生保健、培训、迁移和"干中学"等农村人力资本生成途径,农村人力资本积累与运行机制的构建,以及城乡统筹完善农村人力资本及其效应提升制度和配套改革。The rural human capital plays an important role in the rural economy development and the peasants income growth. At present there are many aspects restricting the rural human capital accumulation, in China, such as low stock and quality, low education income and human capital income spillover, being lack of education investment and imperfect human capital investment form. Through reviewing the studies on the rural human capital problem in China of the domestic scholars from 2000 to 2009, the author suggests the scholars further study on： the rural human capital generation way such as medical and health, training, migration and ＂Learn from Doing＂ , etc; the construction of the mechanism of the rural human capital accumulation and operation; the overall planning and the rural human capital; its effect improvement system and the coordinated reform in urban and rural areas.
