摘  要:研究了在桉木化机浆中聚合氯化铝(PAC)作施胶沉淀剂的阴离子分散松香胶中性施胶的影响,淀粉、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)对中性施胶效果的作用以及pH值对以硫酸铝或PAC作施胶沉淀剂进行施胶的影响。根据实验结果得出适宜的中性施胶工艺条件,淀粉和CPAM都具有较好的助施胶效果。CPAM分子量越大施胶效果越好。pH值为7.0时,明矾-阴离子分散松香胶(DR)施胶系统的施胶度已很小,而 PAC-ADR系统仍保持较高的施胶度。The application of PAC in neutral sizing of anionic dispersive rosin size, the effect of pH value, CPAM and PAE on neutral sizing, and the difference of aluminum sulfate and PAC in neutral sizing were studied. The result indicated that there is the best addition dose which can acquire better sizing effects for PAC, starch, CPAM, PAE. But the addition of filler cause decreasing in sizing degree. The larger the molecular weight of CPAM, the better the sizing effect. When pH is 7. 0 the sizing degree of aluminum sulfate-ADR sizing systems were much small, however, PAC-ADR systems still have a high degree of sizing.
