摘 要:针对种子活力的测定、生理生化基础以及种子活力的遗传特性等方面研究进行综述。种子活力测定方法较多,高温高湿老化处理发芽法与田间实际出苗率的相关系数达0.964,可以用来测试玉米种子的活力。种子经过人工老化后,再对其生理生化指标进行测定,可以比较准确地预测种子的实际出苗情况及种子批次的质量。种子活力及其相关指标在基因型上均存在显著差异,并且可以遗传给子代,由于种子活力受较多的因素影响,到目前为止,对种子活力在杂种优势、配合力及遗传参数估算上的研究较少。Around the determination of seed vigor,physiological and biochemical basis of seed vigor,and genetic characteristics of seed vigor etc.aspects were studied.These results suggested that high temperature and high humid treatment germination test can be used to determine the seed vigor of maize.The correlation coefficient between that and actual field emergence of seeding was 0.964.After artificial aging treatment,seedling and quality seed can be accurately presumed by determination of physiological and biochemical indexed.There was significant difference among the seed vigor and its relative indexes on genotype.These indexes could be transferred to next generation.So far,because influence by many factors,a few studies were done about heterosis,combining ability and genetic parameter of seed vigor.
