摘  要:以4种不同类型的玉米除草剂对6个甜、糯玉米自交系进行抗性鉴定,并对抗×敏感杂交组合进行抗性遗传分析。结果表明,沈糯512抗、沈糯509抗、沈糯W4抗和沈甜135抗对烟嘧磺隆表现为抗,沈糯509感和沈甜132感对烟嘧磺隆表现为敏感;抗×敏感组合在F2的抗性表型符合孟德尔遗传3∶1的分离比例,据此推断,该抗性是受一对显性基因控制的遗传性状。试验还表明,所试甜、糯玉米对烟嘧磺隆和2,4-D的抗性受不同位点基因控制。Four different types of maize herbicides were used to identify the tolerance of six sweet maize and waxy maize inbred lines and the resistance genetic analysis of tolerant-sensitive combined hybrids were also studied.The results showed that Shennuo512 tolerant,Shennuo509 tolerant,Shennuo W4 tolerant and Shentian135 tolerant were tolerant to nicosulfuron,while Shennuo509 sensitive and Shentian132 sensitive were sensitive to nicosulfuron.Segregation of the tolerance to nicosulfuron of F2 families fitted 3∶1 pattern of Mendelian inheritance.It could be inferred that the tolerance to nicosulfuron of maize was controlled by a single dominant gene.The experiment also showed that another conclusion could be got from the experiment that the tolerances to nicosulfuron and 2,4-D of sweet maize and waxy maize were controlled by different genes.
