摘  要:目的:回顾分析食管癌术后心律失常的危险因素。方法:收集1998年3月-2012年3月共336例食管癌患者手术资料,对术后心律失常可能的危险因素进行logistic回归分析。结果:术前心电图异常、FEV1/FVC<70%、手术时间和吻合口部位、术后24hCVP增高等是术后发生心律失常的危险因素。结论:综合以上危险因素,充分的术前准备、改善术前心肺功能,术中轻柔操作,术后有效镇痛、排痰,适当的静脉补液量控制,可以预防或减少术后心律失常的发生。Objective:To study the risk factors of arrythmia in postoperative patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods:The clinical data of 336 cases with arrythmia after esophageal cancer surgery in our hospital from March 1998 to March 2012 were collected and analyzed,multifactor nonconditional logistic regression was performed.Results:Abnormal cardiogram before operation,FEV1/FVC 70%,lengthened operation time,anastomosis site,rised CVP during 24h after operation were risk factors in the development of arrythmia after esophageal carcinoma operation.Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen preoperative preparation,improve heart and lung function,gently operation,pain-relief,sputum removal and appropriate amount of fluid can prevent or decrease the incidence of postoperative arrythmia.
